UMediC Adventures in Gopeng

UMediC Group brought colleagues together in Gopeng for two days of team building, outdoor challenges, new experiences and meaningful connections.

The UMediC Team Building 2025, held in Gopeng from 27–28 November 2025, was filled with challenges, laughter, new experiences and plenty of teamwork — with the rain adding an extra element to the adventure.

The team explored HOGA Gaharu Tea Valley, taking part in a fun video challenge and outdoor activities that encouraged collaboration, creativity and team spirit. One of the memorable moments was the team’s first-time experience with loading a lorry, creating an opportunity to work together beyond the usual workplace environment.

The day continued at Gopeng Glamping Park, where colleagues wrapped up the activities with a fun and relaxed pyjamas party.

Beyond the activities, the two-day programme provided an opportunity for colleagues to connect, learn from one another and step beyond their comfort zones. The experience highlighted the importance of resilience, communication and teamwork in building stronger relationships.

UMediC Group appreciates everyone who took part and contributed to making the team-building experience meaningful and memorable.
